Data handling
This page describes the present operational boundary for public FitGrid data collection. It should be read with the Privacy Policy and the terms provided for any individual engagement.
Public website
- No public account creation is currently active.
- No public résumé-upload function is currently active.
- No FitGrid behavioural advertising tracker is currently embedded.
- Email links open the visitor’s own email service; information that person chooses to send becomes an enquiry record.
Guided Market Mirror preview
The current Market Mirror page demonstrates the categories of reflection a participant may receive. It does not process the visitor’s document. An upload control will not be activated until the stated data controls are supported in practice.
Client and participant material
When a person enters a FitGrid engagement, the specific collection and working systems are explained in context. Material may include résumés, questionnaires, job advertisements, application drafts, interview information, outcome records and career evidence. Access is limited to people and providers required for the agreed work.
Accuracy and evidence integrity
FitGrid distinguishes supplied fact, inferred interpretation and unresolved uncertainty. Career evidence should be verified by the client. FitGrid does not knowingly fabricate qualifications, achievements, dates, responsibilities or outcomes.
Deletion and export
A client may request a copy of their working material or ask for deletion through our contact form. Requests are assessed against practical system capability, legal requirements and legitimate record-keeping obligations. FitGrid’s intended architecture treats the client’s evidence and campaign history as a user-owned asset.
